Padmaavat has already been in news for its controversial story of a Muslim ruler in love with a Rajput queen. With the heavy costumes, the movie goes back into history , and is a period film.The movie stars Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh and Shahid Kapoor in the lead roles.
While Pad Man is the movie based on Twinkle Khanna’s book ” The Legend of Lakshmi Prasad” and is inspired from the life of social activist Arunachalam Muruganantham.Padman revolves around the story of Arunachalam who invented low-cost sanitary pads The movie stars Akshay Kumar, Sonam Kapoor and Radhika Apte in lead roles and is directed by R. Balki.
