The “RAJPUTANA” collection is inspired by Indian Royal Rajputs. Taking inspiration from glorious past and creating contemporary look, the collection upholds to its full glory.

Quintessentially representing its roots, endowed with its royal yet earthen soul, the collection showcases the magnificent touch of the Rajputana, with fusion of subtleness. 

Rajput’s never passé the fashion, rather it upholds the Indian bridal and occasional attires, imbibed with the essence of sheer glitz and glory.

The contemporary bride, upheld by the magnificent artwork on the subtle surface, brings on all the glitz and glory from the crowd, right onto her inbound elegance.

Showcasing the very royal artwork in form of embroideries, prints and embellishments with the colours of the gold, silver, subtle shine, bold shades of maroon the collection rejuvenates the essence of tone on tone. A collection that also up brings the august groom with the essence of rich yet modern touch of traditions. As the modern touches the Indian Bride & Groom, Imbibed with the fusion fashion quo, the garments uplifts the vision for royalty with sheer simplicity.

The heritage of Royal Rajputs has been shown in the form of bold silhouettes and modular separates. Garments are in the form of visual and tactile textures. Luxurious collection takes on longer-length silhouettes in prints and hand developed textures. Combinations of prints and fabrics development provide a rich contemporary indo-western look. DESIGNER PROFILE

Govind Kumar Singh is an Indian fashion designer based out of Bengaluru. He graduated from the National Institute of Fashion Technology  Bengaluru , India with major award “Most Creative & Innovative Design Collection 2010” .

He won the Indian TV reality show Let’s Design season 3 in year 2011 and was awarded Top upcoming Indian designer award .

He is best known for creating  exciting contemporary  fabric surface developments and unique play on colours. His designs are inspired by Indian heritage but with a contemporary vibe. The designer was  awarded best prêt designer award in a fashion  based  reality show by Zoom TV in 2009.

He has represented India in festival of India in Amsterdam Holland and Indo Swiss show in 2008.  In year 2012 his creation “NAVDURGA” was selected to represent India in the prestigious World Of  Wearable art award show (WOW) New-Zealand .

His clientele includes celebrities like Neha Dhupia, Chitrangda Singh, Prachi Daisai, Rahul Dev, Nicole Pharia to name a few .

The designer is currently  retailing from  leading multi designer outlets and in his own couture saloon in Bangalore.
